How we are moving from a Low-Code to a No-Code approach

Tiledesk is an AI conversational platform that provides scalable customer service and conversational marketing on all the digital channels, from WhatsApp to the Website or Mobile App.

At the beginning, we approached Conversational AI space with a low-code solution, designing AI-powered conversations using markdown syntax (for those who want to learn more you can consult https://gethelp.tiledesk.com/articles/styling-your-chatbot-replies/).

We observed that our low-code solution was mainly used by developers that were working for medium and large enterprises, while small business owners were having problems in using Tiledesk to design automated conversational experiences.

We decided to do customer interviews to our "power users" and based on their feedback we are actually working to a new release of our AI-powered chatbot that will follow a completely new no-code approach.

With the new release expected in Q4 2022, it will be possible to design a chatbot, create intents through GUI (graphical user interface) with no scripts to be written. People will have the possibility to add training phrases, style replies adding text, IVR buttons / quick replies, attach images, docs and embed conversational apps (i.e. stripe payment processing).

Have you experiences a similar path with your startup (from low-code to no-code)? How much your reach has increased? How complicated is it to keep both approaches in place? I'm curious about your experiences as Founders.

Finally you can leave a comment also to request to see a preview of our our no-code solution ;-)

    Hi Michele,
You have a great platform, congratulations.

My team and I are building a no-code and low-code mobile app builder https://www.moxly.io/about, which really expands the possibilities of its use among programmers and non-technical users.
Don't stop and give more tools to ordinary people and they will use your product.
