How we built MySampark — an AI that replies to every social media comment automatically

I am Hemangi from the MySampark team at Saurabh Infosys.
We just launched MySampark — an AI-powered social media management platform built for businesses who are tired of losing leads from unanswered Instagram and Facebook comments.
The problem we kept seeing:
