How we built the largest payment channel network on Ethereum

Hello guys, don't want to sound too self-promotional, but yesterday I published an article on HN with an interesting story on DeFi and blockchain.

My team, AdEx Network, is working on a protocol and platform for decentralized advertising. Since we started testing our invite-only version of the platform two months ago, we managed to process over 9 million transactions on the Ethereum network, which practically made us currently the largest payment channel network running on Ethereum. In this article I shared more about the process - how and why we built our payment channels, how do they work and how are we planning to continue development.
