🚀 How we created trimmr (an influencer-focused AI video editing platform)

One of the founders had a problem. They wanted to invest their time and effort into YouTube, however, the pull and need for short-form content meant that it wasn't feasible to share the load. We had a discussion and watched some of the content and we both had the same thought "what if this could be posted to another social media platform in it's native resolution?". This comment lead to the creation of Trimmr (https://www.trimmr.ai).

We put together the original user stories, wireframes and basic design for trimmr. As it is focused towards influencers, the design needed to be chic and trendy (thus the burnt gradient). After this, we met up with a close friend and software developer and they instantly were in on the idea and started making the application.

Trimmr is an AI-powered application that shortens long YouTube videos into shareable clips by identifying the most interesting or relevant segments of a video. It helps content creators and marketers produce viral videos that capture viewers' attention in a short amount of time.
