How we do project management using Notion

Hi everyone,

I just wrote an article on how we do project management using Notion for our small team. I also shared the template at the end of the article.

You can read it here https://convas.io/blog/project-management-with-notion. I hope it's useful for those of you that are still tiny like us. :)

And please share how you work today, I am very curious about that. I've probably used all the tools on the market. My form of procrastination. 😁

    Hi Emil,

Wonderful article. I liked your emphasis on Productivity and fewer tools.

Just out of curiosity, what are the other tools you use at work ( CRM, Analytics, Support, etc)?

As a founder how much time you devote for each of these tools?

      Hi @friendlyguy,

      Thanks. :)

We do not really use that many tools yet, we are very scrappy at this stage.

      • Email / Drip campaigns with Reply.io.
      • CRM / Leads are a mix of Google Sheets and Reply.io at the moment. We dabbled with some other tools also, but we are not sure what our requirements are yet.
      • Analytics with Google Analytics & LogRocket.
      • Support, just email for now.
      • Blog - NextJS static site with Sanity.io as headless cms.
      • Gathering leads/emails with Hunter.io.
      • Log monitoring with AWS Cloudwatch / LogRocket.

That what I got at the top of my head at least, and then we use a bunch of tools/libraries for building the actual product.

      I hope it helps. :)

Holy crap. The first time I opened your template, I dismissed it as a regular kanban board template, and didn't understand why you bothered sharing it.

Then I thought about it and figured this couldn't possibly be right... and decided to look more closely at your article, and at the template. Because surely it must be more than that.

    Now I understand the beauty.

This is AWESOME. Thanks for sharing!!

Hey @emilbryggare. I really like this. I have used Jira in the past for product management and Kanban boards but it looks like Notion could help to set this up seamlessly moving forward. Great post.
