How we got 93+ upvotes on Product Hunt for our new Design as a Service Product?

We had a new Design offering in the pipeline at our Engineering + Design Agency, that we'd been working on for quite a while.

We launched without advertising. And ended up with 90+ upvotes and counting on Product Hunt.

How did it happen?

A few things we think we did right:

  • A clear value proposition. Cut to the chase. Tell the user what it will do for them.
  • A simple landing page. Nothing overwhelming or too complex. Linear.
  • Easy signups. Just click and voila, you're in with a Google Sign in or Email.
  • A short Product Hunt description helped. Users quickly scanned what it is.

We'll add more points to the post as we document them!

Hope you found something useful from our findings, and that it helps in your future launches!
