How We Increased Revenue Per Client from $1,500 to $36,000

Not too long ago, our company revenue plateaued, so we decided to implement a pretty unusual strategy. First, let me share some context…

While we had been adding 2-4 new clients per month pretty consistently and while our revenue was decent, our profit sucked.

Even worse, our team was overworked, had no time for growth and my business was far from what I dreamed it to be when I started.

Around the same time, I read an eye-opening book ($100M Offers by Alex Hormozi), which nspired to dive deeper with this unconventional approach to our growth. That book is FIRE SON. Highly recommended.

Anyways, within a few months of implementing this approach, we were able to more than double our revenue… while working with half as many clients.

Half as many clients meant our profit was much greater. It also meant that our team had far more free time and therefore had far more capacity for scale.

Not only that, but now, we were working with high value, low maintenance clients, instead of cheap clients that were never satisfied, no matter what we did..

The kicker: it was as simple as redefining our niche and offer.

After this simple change, we went from charging $1,500 to more than $36,000 per client, a 24X increase.

Given we had implemented something similar before for dozens of clients, I was kicking myself for not implementing this sooner as it would have saved my company months of time and cost us way too much peace of mind!

If you want to learn more about implementing this process, my team produced an in-depth case study (and video training) breaking down everything on our website which you can access in the comments below this post.
