How we made $1k in under a month by validating product ideas and markets!

Hey Hackers! 👋

This is Omar from Leads Forge again. This is a short update about us, we launched our service on August 1st and we already made $1k in revenue from 10 paying clients, here's a quick overview!

✅Over 750 Website Visits
✅$1k in Total Revenue
✅Almost Fully Profit
✅10 Different Clients
✅Viral on Indie Hackers
✅Viral on Product Hunt

We learned a lot in the last few weeks, so we optimized everything, added lifetime access to our internal guides library for all of our clients, and even added in-depth market research which allowed us to increase the prices.

The pricing is different between pricing page and faq.

Otherwise nice concept. How do you identify the Twitter leads? You may not be able to use the same set of leads for all ideas

Thanks for the heads-up mate, there was an unpublished change in the FAQs!

For the leads, we hand pick them so that depends on the client's specific criteria and they get live updates so we definitely do not re-use the same leads for everyone 🙌

Would love to chat if you're free next week! https://bit.ly/leadsforge

I'm still a little confused by what you're actually doing or offering, aside from landing pages. I think you site needs some examples/case studies

    1. 1

We try to explain it as much as we can but we can't post any examples now to keep clients' data secure. We're basically a service that validates your ideas before you build them. We conduct comprehensive market & competition research and use cold Twitter DMs for precise lead validation. Then, once we have the results, we collaborate with you to create a personalized landing page and advise you on the next steps!

I was thinking you would create some fake examples/ideas as a case study, just to give people a better idea on what you offer

hey, this looks great 👍 But, I'm sceptical, how are you going to validate a product/service idea charging 500 or 200, I know you also have custom options, however, the validation takes time and grind, if on top of that you also offer landing page design, 🤔 what am I missing here

    1. 1

Hey mate, thank you for the input 🙌 I understand your concerns perfectly, we do all of the services we promise manually which allows us to stay very profitable, hence the lower options, but the prices doubled between last month and now! We're still exploring how we can provide the most value while staying affordable to most founders. As for the Figma landing page designs, I do them myself, I started doing them in 2015 so I finish them pretty quickly! 🤝 Please let me know if you have any more questions, I would love to chat if you're available next week!
