How We’re Scaling Our Business To $1M In Revenue

Hey IndieHackers,

A few months back we listed our content writing agency for sale, https://www.indiehackers.com/product/contentellect.

Long story short, I ended up buying my business partner out in July 2021.

Up until the sale, I hadn't been actively involved in the running of the company. But things have coalesced in the last few months to allow me to seriously focus on the company and hopefully take it to the next level.

In the spirit of radical transparency, I'm sharing the journey here: https://www.contentellect.com/scale-business-case-study/

It's a big step for me to share this publicly as I'm a pretty private person, but in doing so I hope to hold myself accountable (as I seriously suffer from shiny-object-syndrome), and hopefully add value to the community.

I'll update the case study every quarter with our successes and failures. The case study starts with a little backstory and what we did in Q3 to more than double the business. Enjoy!

Hey Muntasir, thanks for your kind words! Postpace looks awesome. We are pretty old school in terms of project management. We manage our operation with Google Docs and Sheets. We use Frase and Surfer SEO for writer briefs and content optimisation. I would be very interested in finding out more about Postpace. I'll send you a DM.
