How We've Managed to Maintain 10-Year Partnership with Fortune 500 International Company Being a Small CRM Consultancy

JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) https://www.us.jll.com/en/about-jll is a Fortune 500 (holding #179 place for almost 5 years) real estate
and investment management company with nearly 92,000
specialists in 230 offices operating around the globe.

At the time we partnered with JLL (back in 2010), we were a small Dallas-based CRM consultancy with a 14-year experience in CRM space, long before cloud-based software solutions like Salesforce and Dynamics 365 appeared.

So, why such a huge company having so many offerings from bigger and more famous consultancies, opted for a such tiny consultancy and have been remaining our partner for almost 10 years?

And here's what we learned:

Companies, regardless of their size, look for the technology partners that speak their language and understand the sphere they operate in. Not just in general terms, but know the industry, especially, if it's quite specific, and its pain points.

What's more, for any company, it's more important if you share their growth vision and look at the same direction, that is valued more than just a tech stack.

Because technology skills is only a part of success and can be learned but the key is a shared passion that hardly can be learned. Moreover, the agency that has many clients has a less personalized approach and clients understand it.

Flexibility is another decisive point. Ability to adjust to project intricacies and willingness to innovate make companies choose smaller consultancies over bigger ones.

Probably, these are the most significant aspects that come to my mind from the top of my hand. Louder than my summary can speak a JLL's feedback https://clutch.co/profile/ascendix-technologies?page=1#review-464031

Please share you ideas and success stories on what you've learned working with various companies and how you've managed to succeed even if everything spoke against it.
