How will you celebrate Programmers Day?

Programmer’s Day is considered an unofficial holiday for all developers worldwide. Traditionally, it is celebrated on the 256th day of the year (usually September, 13th). Are you planning to celebrate or will you spend the day as usual - drinking coffee and coding? My team and I are already planning how to spend our time this Tuesday. While there are offers like this:

  • Go with colleagues to a pizza parlor or bowling alley.

  • Give myself the gift of a gym membership or a pool membership (my poor back will be grateful).

  • Play some kind of coding games with my mates (Robocode or CodeCombat as an option)

  • Take a day off and watch The Simsons or South Park all day (any developer loves them!).

  • Buy a helpful course or software at a special discount. Usually, on Programmers Day many thematic sites provide discounts for developers. Here some of them:

20% off on Github Annual Global Developer Conference
50% off On Getscreen Remote Access software
65% off For DevOps From Linux Foundation

Share please, if your startup gives discounts on Prog Day!
