'How would I do X in Y?' questions
I'm not a full-on developer, though I'm fairly handy. That means many of the questions I have are around "how to make" rather than "how to market".
It strikes me that I sometimes have "How would I?" / "How would you?" sort of questions. That is, a need to know the broad brush of some technical methods, perhaps in a chosen stack. That's because the price of not knowing is risking spending a lot of time learning lots but ultimately knocking on the wrong development doors.
What is a good place to ask such questions?
StackOverflow isn't it.
I'm not sure IndieHackers is it.
Makerpad Community has a "How do I" section.
Where should I be?
The appropriate subreddit for the tool/language/framework you have questions about, or more general subreddits like /r/programming and /r/webdev for broader questions.
