My thought is that I could do this with Webflow but I might run into some functionality limitations as the marketplace grows. Webflow might give me a better design experience.
Bubble would allow me to expand functionality ongoing but I might need to get creative with design.
Do you all have a preference? How would you make the call?
Hi @BryceV 👋
You may want to look up to these two websites, they are awesome!
I'm building a 2 sided marketplace with Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, Memberstack, and Parabola.
Let me know if I can help you! 💪
Hey thanks so much for letting me know! Have you run into any major limitations with using Webflow?
Until now not really but I believe it is due to the fact that I'm still climbing the learning curve! If we come back to this question in some weeks I believe I'll crying 😂
I get it!
I believe bubble is the way to go since it is a multivendor marketplace. I've found some great templates on zeroqode. They have various marketplace options and an amazon dupe. That way you don't have to worry a ton on design.

What other functionalities are you thinking of adding?
Thanks for the comment! I'm thinking bubble as well since it opens up the opportunities for more functionality down the road like analytics for vendors, for instance.
Yep seems doable with Bubble + Stripe.
What's the concern about design? @BryceV
You know, perhaps it's not a big concern. Webflow seems to have a bit more pre-built design components but I could be wrong on this. I have this assumption that Webflow is just easier to design with.
Hey! Not trying to bring you down here but what would differentiate you from gumroad? I mean if its an exact replica why would anyone choose yours over gumroad?
Maybe I could call it Gumtrail and resonate with a different crowd 😅
Lol no I'm not trying to build out an exact replica to compete with Gumroad. I'm just curious how it could be built using no-code.
Marketplace and eCommerce apps aren't anything new, but it's fun to think about how to build it.
And you know, there's always room to niche down with things like this. Gumroad is pretty generic.
So what do you think, how would you build it?
