How would you go about finding a frontend dev?

Hi all 👋🏾

After working with external devs for a while now and built pretty cool stuff for clients so far.

Now we're ready to hire a dev for a 50-80% job. Indie Hackers might not be the perfect place to find someone since everyone here is on the road to entrepreneurship 🚀 but maybe you guys have an idea on how to find someone (or know someone) with a frontend skill set and good angular proficiency.
