How would you grow this?

Hi there,

Over the past five years, I’ve probably launched ten or so startups. Almost all of them have totally failed to even get a single subscriber.

The one exception to this is actually one of the first I launched - Packagr.app, which I launched back in 2018 and has slowly grown to about £500 MRR despite my spending almost no effort on marketing it.

I’ve realised that instead of launching more side projects, I should focus my energy on growing this one… but how would you do it? Ive recently been focusing on SEO and at considering cold emails, content marketing but what do you think would by the best way to get more paying customers?
