I just launched a new side project called The Procrastinator's Toolkit.
https://www.producthunt.com/posts/the-procrastinator-s-toolkit
It's a curated collection of resources (books, apps, articles etc) to help people beat procrastination.
I'm not too worried about monetisation initially but I'd love to hear how you would go about growing the overall reach of a site like this?
Thanks,
Content marketing is definitely the way to go.
Be helpful on reddit/quora/indiehackers ...
I feel like you have to niche down to stand out in this space. You need a really specific target audience like aspiring food truck owners to give an example: "Beat procrastination and finally start your food truck business with these resources". It has to be very specific, otherwise nobody feels addressed by your offer.
Thanks a lot. Getting some good traction on Reddit already. I like the idea of focusing on a niche. Thanks
Did you define a customer persona?
This is... a website, right? If you keep it static like this, then it won't grow or anything. Content marketing (YT and/or blogging) is the way to go, then when you start generating enough traffic you can perhaps partner with or create an app in the field.
That's the best I can come up with based on this niche, which I know absolutely nothing about. Sorry!
Thanks a lot. Ya, agree content marketing is the way to go.
