How would you improve this Notion site?

Last month I started a Notion site out of curiosity and inspired by a lot of Notion users. I spent a few hours in one week to create Virtual Mojito

It's a curated resource for virtual events, meetings, hackathons, etc

I'm looking to improve 3 major areas:

1. The display of the whole database
2. Email capture form (right now I'm using Substack)
3. Use better building blocks to make the call-to-actions more visible
