How would you launch if you were the founder of Heroku?

We're building an alternative for Heroku on AWS, Utopiops. It simplifies using AWS to run any static website or dockerized application (Web and background).

I don't go into much details but feel free to ask. I feel myself in the same situation as founders of Heroku, Netlify or even Render have been a couple of years ago.

I need your advise about how to slowly open the gates, approach the potential users, on-board a few of them to get their feedbacks and slowly start generating revenue.

(*side note- based on the feedbacks we're working on the landing page. We know it's not clear enough.)
