How would you market this accidental product? 🤔

I've accidentally built a tool that I think has the potential to be a sales multiplier for a ton of businesses.

For my main business, getonedesk.com, we noticed that our close rate for prospects was in need of some optimization. We were getting in contact with prospects thirty-minutes to an hour after they requested more information on our site, but we were losing them to competitors by the time we got in contact with them.

These customers are colloquially known as "emergency plumber" customers – that is, customers who have an urgent and immediate need that they want solved ASAP.

So, to optimize our close rate, I built an "autodialer" service that would automatically call my sales co-founder whenever we got a form submission, and then bridge in the prospect once he picked up. This way, customers were getting called within about 10 seconds of submitting a form. After a month of trial, I can confidently say this single change has been a game changer for our business. Our close has improved dramatically, on the order of ~3x, and I'm starting to think that opening this up to other companies could be a good idea.

The problem is really just figuring out how to market this tool. I know it's valuable since it's helped us so much internally, but figuring out customer acquisition channels for a product with no competitors and a brand-new concept seems particularly hard.

Any tips?

    throwing away some random ideas.

    1. Sell it to other cleaning services company outside the US through cold email.
    2. Use builtwith to identify form or chat widgets used by similar businesses and target through email for ads (eg: trends.builtwith.com/widgets/Wufoo)
    3. Most media publishers are in need of advertisements at the moment and can't afford to miss out. This could also help to create some inroads towards their PR.

I'd be really surprised if a thing like this doesn't exists out there...
That being said, probably look at how live chat products are sold...
    It's in the same niche.
There are also leave a phone and we will call you back, common in some niches... I remember there are affiliate offers that pay you for a legitimate call connect and conversation of X seconds... if they don't already use something like this, I'm sure they would be interested, could look them up on affiliate network sites...
