How Would You Market This Website?
I've been working on: https://www.mockupdino.com/ (Design Services at a Fixed Monthly Rate, with Unlimited Edits, and 48-Hour Delivery. Pause or Cancel Anytime) and one thing I struggle is finding clients on a more consistent basis.
Something else I've considered is to provide a $649/week of services deal to see if gains traction and gain trust too.

I think the best proven method of getting your name and offer out there for productized services is to go on twitter and help people for free – do roasts, redesigns, etc. to show your skills and build an audience. Takes some work but lots of great people have gotten off the ground this way!
