How would you market to small offline-first businesses?

We're trying to start a side-hustle that's a little outside our professional experience of building technology for web savvy businesses.

Our new product - https://opinous.com - is focused on local businesses and we're struggling to think of ways to get in front of our target customers.

I'd love any input that the IH community had to offer both on the strategy to get in front of small, non tech-savvy business owners and the wider brand / marketing pages.
