How would you migrate paying users from Stripe to Paddle?

Hello all!

I've been seeing quite a few potential users try to pay for my app through Stripe and have their cards rejected, including one friend of mine who tried 3 different cards! This has led me to the decision to switch to Paddle for payments as they seem to offer much better acceptance rates.

My conundrum now is how to migrate existing users over to Paddle if indeed I do at all. Either I leave existing users on Stripe and have to deal with 2 payment providers, or I need to find a good way to communicate to users that they need to switch over to Paddle for payments. I worry that the latter will lead to some users cancelling their subscriptions as Paddle doesn't have the same brand recognition/trust as Stripe or that switching is not worth the effort.

What would you do in this situation?
