How would you monetize my product?

Hey fellow indie hackers!

Talentun is a online mentorship platform between college students and professionals, in Portugal. In 2/3 months, doing only LinkedIn Personal posts, I've gained 150+ members, with two thirds being students. Remember that is a Portugal-only product, so the market is small!

My main idea is to charge companies to promote their employer brands and capture CVs from the students. I wanted your input on this, to know if this is a viable strategy or not...

50k students joined college in Portugal in 2019, however, I'll be focusing on students in Business, Economics, Software Engineering/Programming and Industrial Engineering. As you can see, the market is REALLY small!

What pricing model would you set up for this?
