How would you monetize this newsletter?

Hey all,

I'll start writing my newsletter CommunityValidated again this week. It's been inactive for about a year, and I'll rebrand it to focus more broadly on business opportunities and trends, not exclusively on the community niche.

Stats:
Subs: 1.2k
Open rate: 42%
Click rate: 3%

This was from ~1 year ago, so stats might change when I start writing again. Click rate isn't great, will try to bump this up by including more relevant links.

My question to you:

How would you go about monetizing it?

I'm thinking about building products for the audience, and maybe doing sponsorships. With regard to sponsorships: do you think sponsors would already be interested in sponsoring my newsletter? If yes, how would you price it?
