How would you pivot my product?

Hello,

I am a co-founder of Plumm (https://www.plummapp.com) and I am not really happy with results of number of signups and number of active users of my app.

I am wondering about some kind of pivot and I am wondering what new features or new direction or new niche would be interesting to pursue.

Do you have maybe some idea what I am doing wrong or what can be interesting direction for me app?
