How you should be prepared for your Launch Day

Hi Hackers, Launch day, a major milestone for any startup/SaaS. It's the day when you finally get to share your product or service with the world.

Launching a new SaaS product is an exciting and challenging situation. There are many things to think about and do in the months and weeks leading up to launch day. In this blog post, we will discuss some of the most important things we did to prepare for my SaaS Send2M.com

Pre-Launch Phase:

The pre-launch phase is the base for a successful launch. During this time, we focus on:

  1. Defining Goals: These are the things that you want to achieve on your launch day. It could be making your SaaS known to an X number of people, generating X number of sales. Once you know your goals, you can start to develop a plan to achieve them.

  2. Planning the Plan: We had a goal of getting an X number of users. Now, we need to plan for it. So we look for channels that can help us achieve our goal. It can be Google Ads or Product Hunt, depending on what you need to find.

  3. Product Testing and Improvement: This is something you need to do regardless of the phase. Before launch, we get beta users who help us find any issues with the product, and you need to work according to it. If you don't have beta users, you need to test everything.

  4. Marketing: In this stage, we do everything to get people's attention on your product launch like creating engaging content, building relationships with influencers, and running targeted social media campaigns.

Launch Day Phase:

This is the day where all the previous actions performed for

Product Launch: We officially launch the product to let users use. As most of you do, we launched Send2M on Product Hunt,

Notify ALL: You launched the product right! Now it's time to let the world know that there's a solution for this problem. We engage with users, share the news on social media, and run targeted ads online.

Monitoring and Analytics: Before launch, we had a set of goals we want to achieve during launch. We monitor whether our initial goal is complying or not, whether the launch platform is helpful or not, and act according to it.

Post-Launch Phase:

You created the buzz/hype around your product. Now we need to secure this and sustain in the long term. This includes marketing our product continuously, gathering feedback from users, and acting according to it.

We are developing a Contact Form Builder for setting up contact forms easily. if you like the product, support us on Product Hunt
