How'd you get your first $100?

I'm interested in hearing how people got their first $100. I'm building an AI Agents consulting and tooling company (an AI executive assistant for scheduling and message filtering / prioritization). I don't want to be spammy in cold emailing or spamming places in the internet, and I have an idea for content marketing to drive traffic, but that could be 6 months of work before generating leads.

So I'm curious how others have done it.
