HR Tech in 2024 for an indie hacker

Hello fellow indie hackers !
I am currently building an HR SaaS and I wanted to have your thoughts about it and about HR Tech in general in 2024.

ICP: Startup founders, 10 to 50 employees. Looking to grow

For new employees, I want to help foster company culture with preboarding & onboarding features.
Then for employees and managers, I want to help them with performance reviews, pre determined 1:1 (calendar, reminders) and automatic surveys (like pulse surveys and such).
For founders, I want to help them with HR Regulation alerts

What do you think about that ? Is the HR tech space over saturated ? Would you guys be interested or know people who would be ?
