HR Tech SaaS looking for Marketer to co-own

Hey,

We are looking for a 5th member responsible for overall marketing operations in our bootstrapped startup.

We are 4 indie hackers running https://wellb.ee . We are building this product for a few years and now we are focusing on growth so we need a hands-on person to help with that.

We already have build a user base in these years. Also have some tiny amount of revenue. But we are continuing on providing the services for free in exchange of feedback. This will change in a near future.

This person would be working on top of the funnel by doing initiatives that would bring traffic to our website. Then we will go down and adjust the funnel.

We are based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We welcome a person from any country or continent, but it would be nice to have at least a similar time-zone for calls.

You can contact me at [email protected]

Hey guys - I run Coov, we partner with startups and eCom brands to scale them via rev share and or equity. Can you send an email to [email protected] with more info about existing traction, revenues, churn etc? Would love to chat.

Hey Matt! Will contact you, cheers!

You can try some revenue sharing platform (affiliate programs). That way you will have an army of marketers!

Thanks for the reply! Yeah i have thought of affiliates but have never tried approaching it. Could you tell me some aff platforms that would fit my use case? Maybe any other tips? Thank you

Never tried myself but have heard of clickbank. Would love to get some feedback myself on which one works best.

I would suggest posting some stats before you ask for a person. I currently only work with small teams who are already making money and need help scaling. Generally the team is a solo founder. This is not to discourage you in anyway I just simply do not have enough information from your post to make a informed decision.
