I am a technical founder who hates selling. Here is how I am getting my first 100 customers anyway

Your first 100 customers do not come from a viral launch. They come from you, one conversation at a time.
The lean playbook I would give any technical founder:

Get uncomfortably narrow on who it is for. A specific message to 50 of the right people beats a generic one to 5,000.

One thing I'd be careful with:

"Get uncomfortably narrow" sounds obvious, but a lot of first-100-customer mistakes happen after that point.

The expensive part is not choosing a narrow audience. It's choosing the wrong narrow audience and spending months collecting convincing feedback from people who were never going to buy.

That's a much bigger decision than it first appears.
