I started a location independent job board after seeing most remote job boards list jobs that are specific to a location(for ex: remote only within the US, Canada, Germany, etc).
I think it would be helpful for digital nomads to travel while working full time.
I have shared it in a few communities and received good feedback.
Now I am seeking your help to grow the site. What should I focus on to attract visitors to my site? any SEO tips, or marketing tips?

I am not sure how accurate this is, most job platforms I used had a filter for remote wordlwide.
if there is a filter it means they are still WFH sites with a feature for WFA. Just like job sites of 2015 where they had a filter for remote jobs.
Tbh I'm not sure I see an advantage over RemoteOK, weworkremotely or even Angellist. I don't think those job boards are location based.
so, I went to RemoteOk and saw the first 10 jobs on the home page. Only 2 of them are worldwide jobs. Others are the US, Canada, and EU. Digital nomads need a VPN then.
Job boards are technically speaking easy to do. The whole job of running a job board is that marketing part.
Not for me. I had to learn everything as new while building this project. AWS lambda, CDK, Cron job, RSS parsing, GitHub API, Image optimization, Static serve, etc, etc.

But I agree with your second statement also. Marketing is not easy.
There is a reason why companies do remote only within X country. The reason is usually tax related, insurance related etc.
Making truly 100% remote becomes management of these factors a big task by end of the month or year
