I am co-running an unlimited design studio while still being employed 9-5. AMA

I am currently running HAUSOFEL.com — we are a design studio which recently pivoted to the unlimited model through a fixed monthly price.
I do so while juggling my full-time 9-5 job as a UX Director in a major marketing agency.
