I'm not sure of how you could do this. A pitch contest could be interesting. But if you already buy a business, then a pitch content might not make enough sense.
One thing you would want to do is making sure the person has some sort of marketing or sales experience. Or at least ask them how they would grow/develop it further. That way you don't just through x amount of money away. Just my thought.
But it could also be interesting to see what someone with 0 experience does when they are handed a business.

oh yea, that makes more sense. I'm not sure why I thought of it as them pitching a business haha. Or maybe find a couple of businesses that you find interesting and then ask them to pitch what they would do for each of them.
