I have a great email list with lots of high-quality mail addresses. These are real people from real companies. Now that I want to contact my 500+ mail contacts, all my mass emails get directed to spam.
I am getting frustrated that I can only reach 100 of these emails using my mail provider. I am using Emailoctopus and have been following their spam-avoiding tips closely. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Jasper,
This is quite a frustrating problem, but one tip is to encourage users to reply to your emails; this could be through asking a question at the end of the email, etc. If the user replies, this helps reduce the likelihood of your email reaching their spam folder in the future.
Hopefully that helps, wishing you all the best with Qanda, looks like a cool product and a useful way to get insights from user interviews.
Thank you Silvi!
I think you are right, and I might just want to manually approach people at first. It might help get out of that spam folder.
IsotopeUI looks amazing! Best of luck on your project
Thank you very much, Jasper!
Indeed, some of the newsletters I subscribe to ask subscribers to reply to their emails so that the chance of future emails reaching their spam folders is reduced. It does help quite a bit.
