I am looking for a technical/business partner for my escrow SaaS

Hello,
I am working on a project called Recit (https://getrecit.com) which is a software that enables people safely and easily buy and sell on the internet.

I am achieving this using an escrow-billing model, where-by buyers are to make full deposit for transactions but instead of giving that money to the seller, Recit holds the payment until the seller has delivered his part of the deal and the buyer approves it.

I need a partner most preferably someone that can join as an operations/business person. Someone that can join me wholeheartedly to take this from a project to a product and to an company.

Having the technical know-how is a big plus as this would help reduce the development workload.
