I am looking for feedback on a cloud storage product idea.
I am wondering what your interest level would be for on demand minio instances and cheaper than S3 or GCP cloud storage.
The idea is you can purchase an instance at a low price ($3.99-$5.99) which would include highly available distributed instances and a to-be-determined amount of free storage included in the price with additional storage at a rate lower than S3.
What price would it have to be for you to be interested enough to try it?
What would you be interested in using cheap, fast storage for?
Are you currently using any cloud storage for your projects? Who did you choose and why?

I'd love some cheaper storage!
Currently I'm using S3 to store the images on our Docker registry. Our storage usage isn't high enough yet to incur significant costs but even with a moderate amount of usage I can already see how costs will easily add up.
At the moment I'm considering moving to DigitalOcean Spaces (I think they use minio too):
$5/month
250 GB of storage
1 TB of outbound transfer
$0.02 per additional GB stored
$0.01 per additional GB transferred
If a service could beat the DO pricing, I'd seriously consider it as my storage requirements grow
