I am not going beyond $500MRR

Hi All,

Those who know me might know my product as well, It's https://docswrite.com

In the above screenshot, you can see my revenue and all the data. It's in INR.
40,000 INR is around $480 USD.

I have been building it since last year May (2022)

Since then I have been able to reach around $500 MRR till now.

The path was extremely hard, but now I do feel like I have reached product market fit.

But I am trying to grow it fast and it seems like it's not that easy. I am playing with cold emailing WordPress users with my product. It saves a lot of time for people to publish authentic content. Newspaper publishers actually love it.

I am facing difficulties going my MRR beyond $500 MRR now.

Should I reduce the pricing?

Try doing SEO seriously. I just purchased a plan for Ahrefs.

Any help would be appreciated. I started docswrite.com as a blogging platform first then moved the blogging part to a separate product called https://esyblog.com

    Difficult to tell what the specific problem is without knowing more about your product and situation but if nothing else is working I'd suggest you try looking at a strategy that has worked for many companies and startups looking for breakthrough growth - stopping selling your product and instead selling a brand new belief system.

    If I had to take a wild guess, you might've explained the product better to your earlier customers. Maybe think back to what worked initially and do more of that.

    I had to read your landing page like 6 times before I understood what it did. Maybe I'm not the target customer, but to me it feels like there's room for improvement.

    I actually think the words in the testimonials do a great job of explaining the value prop. I would consider taking some of those words and making it your headline. Maybe something like...

    Effortlessly publish articles directly from your Trello board to Wordpress

    Other than that, if you're getting traffic to the website, I would say figure out where in the funnel people are dropping out.

      This is good advice. Yeah, I changed my headings quite a lot of time. Need to find an easy one actually. I like yours.

        Always listen to the words your existing customers use. The way they talk about your product is an excellent way to tell people about your product.

    SEO is a long shot. One other approach you could try is more integrations with

    1. Shopify
    2. Wix
    3. PipeDrive and other Marketplaces

    This will help you widen your funnel and bring in more customers.

    Maybe your explain video, in site, needs some reformulation ? A simpler video with a simpler message with a voice talking ? :)
