I am starting to build in public

Hi everybody!

First of all, let me introduce myself. I am Andrew, a front-end developer. The idea of building something was always with me, I joined indie hacker a lot of time ago and only now I decided to share my experience here and continue doing this on my Twitter (inspired by indie hackers and their Twitter).

So let's move on to my projects.

plant a tree - the idea become to my head when I read about a company that sells shoes and when you buy one pair, they send the second pair to people who need it for free.

So I wanted to sell a tree and automatically plant another. After thinking more about it, I decided just to plant a tree, so people pay money and I plant a tree, taking the whole process upon myself. And it was my first project which reach the end and the world saw it. But I close it in 1 year. Why? Because it take a lot of time and was hard to maintain as a side project. But I am going to reborn in later.

apom.solutions - outstaff company. I was living with this idea for so long and decided to work on it after a few not successful projects (most of them were not finished because I start working on them with friends and with time they lost the desire to work on them).

So I decided to move by myself with this one. The biggest problem for me become to find clients because all the other staff can close by me. So I started to write emails, on Linkedin and etc. for potential clients, but without results. After that, I decided to find a sales person as cofounder and deals go better. We were near to hiring the first developers, when the first problems with electricity appear and that's why it does not happen. But now we are prepared for this situation (same as most part of developers in my country) and going to break with both feet on the market this year.

warmemories.co - a social project where people can write their stories and future generations can read stories from the first person to know the reality.

How the idea came about: I had free time and was wondering indiehackers, looking for inspiration. And the first idea was to do a "minimalistic" twitter for Ukrainians, without registration and fully anonymous, so people will have a place to give freedom for emotions and relieve stress.

So when the website was ready, I have to write texts, etc on it. I have talked with my friend - king of marketing and he talked me that people won't write anything when you ask nothing. You have to ask something - so they will give a response. Also, I wanted that people come back to the website and spend time on it. So his idea was to create a social project of war memories and we decided to move on with this idea. So right now we are doing marketing to let people know about this project.

So it is a short description of what I was working on. Currently, I have ideas for a few side projects:

Spin wheel with promo codes for e-commerce (already exists a lot of analogs)
Creating a blog(or few blogs) using AI for articles. I am very bad at copywriting, that's why I am thinking to use AI. But it is interesting from a marketing perspective for me, so that's it.
Same as the second point, but with youtube channels. There are already existing tools that generate videos on provided text.

Also, I am not sure I will start working on them, because the whole time I am going to spend on apom.solutions. My friend proposed me hire somebody to maintain youtube channels and blogs, but I am still not sure if it is worst to start this(because of lack of time and other side projects). If I was without work and other projects, I would start a few channels and blogs and work on them fully.
