My users were not giving feedback. I added a feedback requirement against account deletions. They always said it was useless there. They didn't understand. Or they were saying that the product was broken. However, it was not broken. They just didn't understand because of the interface.
Then I started to watch the behavior of my users. And I saw that they didn't understand. Because https://notionplus.dev/widgets although I share it visually here, people had to do everything themselves when adding image widgets. Here they are falling apart.
I updated the interface, but I still got complaints, they still didn't understand. Sometimes there are no complaints. The user is passive. They stop using it and become dead.
I did it like my competitors. But I can't base it on competitors and Notion. They don't understand. So I trashed the whole interface! I'm developing a new interface, different from the competition. Different from Notion. The solution was simple. Make a deadly simple interface. A stupidly simple interface. You're seeing my first work.
