I began this because I noticed many good businesses were missing out on deals

Many businesses realize they need to do outbound sales, but they can't afford a full-time sales development representative (SDR) team or have tried cold calling themselves and didn't get steady results. They waste months hiring, training, and managing callers only to end up with an empty pipeline.

CallingAgency aims to address that issue. The idea was simple: offer businesses trained cold callers at a lower cost than hiring full-time. They would get results and wouldn’t have to make a long-term commitment.

I began this because I noticed many good businesses were missing out on deals. Their products weren't bad; they just weren't talking to enough of the right people. Cold calling still works when done properly. Most companies just don't have the systems, scripts, or people to do it well.

Building CallingAgency has been about creating those systems and making them available to any business that needs a predictable pipeline. We've now completed 16,000+ projects and helped clients close over $2B in sales. The motivation hasn't changed — we want every client to have more qualified conversations than they can handle.

It’s a massive headache for most founders when they realize their product is solid but the pipeline is bone dry because outbound is just too time-consuming to manage solo. Most people don't realize that the real failure in cold calling isn't the scripts but the lack of a consistent system to handle the follow-ups after that first "no."

With 16,000 projects under your belt, how do you keep the quality of the conversations high when scaling up for a new niche you haven't worked in before?
