What are the price ranges for your projects?

Depends on the project of course. But on average I would say the landing page would cost $7,000, a dashboard for a SaaS - $6,000.
Also, we try to build long-time relationships with our clients and support them along their journey to the top.

You mentioned in the article: "respond to small companies looking for a middle-level designer". When you say respond to small companies, you mean finding job listings, and instead of applying for a job you offered to work as a contractor?

English is not my native language, so I understand why it caused confusion. But yeah, that's exactly what I did at first.
Usually, startups and small companies try to do their design in-house, but they don't have a big budget for a skilled UI designer, so that is when I come in:

Well, as you might guess our team is pretty young. One of the values of Merge Development is that while we all work remotely, we are self-organized and manage our working schedule. So I would say I simply trust my employees, so far it has been great.
