I bootstrapped the agency to $2M ARR in 2 years (SaaS SEO Agency) - now we're building the SaaS. It'll be competitor too AirOps.com

Congrats on the pivot, and on doing it in the rare right order, bootstrapping the agency to real scale before building the product. One thing on the positioning, from someone who read your agency site: "competitor to AirOps" is the one frame I would not adopt. The moment you define the SaaS as an AirOps alternative, AirOps becomes the reference point and you spend every page explaining how you differ, on their terms.

Your agency already proved the thing AirOps does not own: getting B2B SaaS brands cited in the AI answers buyers now read, with real results on the page (3-5x LLM citations, pipeline from AEO). That is a category you could name and lead, not a competitor you chase.

Build the SaaS as "the tool that gets you cited in AI answers," with your agency case studies as proof no one else can show. Is the SaaS meant to productize the AEO wedge specifically, or the whole service list?

This is a strong move because you already have the demand side from the agency. That gives the SaaS a better starting point than most SEO tools, because you are not guessing the workflow from outside. You have seen the repeat pain, the client reporting gaps, the content ops bottlenecks, and the parts agencies keep stitching together manually.

If the product is going to compete with AirOps, I’d be very careful with the naming from day one. The category is not just “SaaS SEO” anymore. It is moving toward AI search visibility, workflow automation, content operations, GEO, reporting, and signal intelligence across multiple channels.

That means the product name needs to feel bigger than an agency tool or internal workflow software. It should carry the idea of a serious AI visibility platform before devs, customers, docs, and sales material lock in around a smaller frame.

Exirra .com would fit that direction well because it feels more like an AI visibility and signal intelligence platform than a traditional SEO tool, while still leaving room for content ops, GEO, analytics, and workflow automation under one brand.
