I bought .com of for my .net domain, how should I migrate?

I have a small invoice generator running at tinyinvoice.net and I just bought tinyinvoice.com. I would like to migrate .com, well because it's .com domain :)
Do I just simply redirect 301 from .net to .com or is there some other things I need to consider?

Sorry, my message was too vague, i'm a developer :)
I was just wondering, should I be doing stuff on Google Web Console etc, to make sure Google does not get confused about my page.
