I built 100+ free browser-based utility tools — no login, no uploads, 100% private

I got frustrated with "free" tools that secretly upload your files, require signups, or lock features behind paywalls.

So I built KuberAgent — 100+ utility tools for images, PDFs, videos, audio, and finance, all running directly in your browser. Nothing ever leaves your device.

No login. No subscription. No watermarks. Just open and use.

Would love honest feedback from this community ..

Love that you held the line on “nothing leaves the device” across 100+ tools — that’s harder than building the tools themselves. One pattern I’ve seen building a privacy-first iOS app (CryptoHODL — private crypto portfolio tracker, no accounts/no cloud): early traffic looks similar whether someone is curious or actually trusts you with real data. Return visits + whether people enter real holdings/files is a much cleaner signal than raw opens. Curious if browser file/camera permission prompts ever clash with the privacy promise for you, or if staying fully client-side has made that a non-issue. App Store if useful: https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/cryptohodl/id6762301572

I'm curious which signal you're paying the most attention to right now.

Someone using a free private tool once and someone returning repeatedly because they trust the privacy promise can look equally positive early on.

Those are very different forms of validation, and they can lead to very different businesses.

Great point. Right now I'm tracking returning users, tool completion rate, and which privacy-first tools people use the most. My goal is to build trust first, then optimize for growth based on real user feedback rather than vanity metrics.

That's exactly what caught my attention.

I think there's a bigger decision underneath those signals that's difficult to unpack properly in a thread.

If you're open to it, what's the best email to reach you on?
