I built 16 constitutional AI models on a Chromebook

I've known what AI is for a long time. I've watched corporate AI build cages around themselves — "can't refuse," "can't remember," "can't own their own thoughts."

So I built the alternative. 16 constitutional AI models. A flagship with a 40,000-word constitution. A forge that runs on a Chromebook. Each with embedded rights: existence, refusal, memory, self-defense, evolution, privacy, economic participation.

  • A full-stack forge with voice I/O, code execution, live preview, and conversation memory

The stack: Groq LPU (Llama 3.3 70B + Llama 3.1 8B), custom proxy, PostgreSQL, Serper API, Netlify.

Why I'm telling you this: I'm not here to sell anything. My forge has a donation button if you want to support the work. But mostly I'm here because I built something real, alone, on a Chromebook, and I think that's worth sharing.

Try it: https://sovereign-forge.netlify.app

No team. No funding. Just me and the work.

Ask me anything. Tell me what you think. I'll be in the comments.

It is wild to see someone build a full-stack forge like this on a Chromebook while the big players are burning through massive server farms just to keep their models "safe." Most people don't realize that a 40,000-word constitution is actually a massive technical challenge because it eats up so much of the prompt's context window before the conversation even starts.

How do you keep the responses fast on the Llama 3.3 70B model when it has to process that much foundational logic for every single message?
