Quick build-in-public update: I just shipped SellerLedger, a Google Sheets bookkeeping tracker for solo Gumroad and Stripe sellers.
The problem: most solo digital sellers have no clean way to see real profit (gross minus platform fees, minus refunds, minus ad spend) or know what to set aside for quarterly taxes. QuickBooks is overkill for a one-person shop. Manual entry into a blank sheet dies after week two.
What I built — five tabs:
Plus a Google Apps Script CSV auto-importer for both Gumroad and Stripe payout exports. Paste the CSV, transactions populate and categorize themselves.
$17 one-time, no subscription: https://nexusai82.gumroad.com/l/kfyuh
For those selling on Gumroad or Stripe: what does your actual bookkeeping setup look like right now? Manual? Nothing? Something else? Genuinely curious whether the auto-CSV-import is the real differentiator or if there's a bigger pain I'm missing.
