I built a $17 Google Sheet for Gumroad/Stripe sellers — auto-imports your payout CSV, shows real profit + quarterly tax estimate

Quick build-in-public update: I just shipped SellerLedger, a Google Sheets bookkeeping tracker for solo Gumroad and Stripe sellers.

The problem: most solo digital sellers have no clean way to see real profit (gross minus platform fees, minus refunds, minus ad spend) or know what to set aside for quarterly taxes. QuickBooks is overkill for a one-person shop. Manual entry into a blank sheet dies after week two.

What I built — five tabs:

• Transactions log with pre-built seller categories (platform fees, ad spend, refunds, software, contractors)
• P&L Dashboard that recalculates automatically — monthly and annual
• Tax Summary with Schedule C-style expense buckets (so your accountant actually likes you at year-end)
• Quarterly tax set-aside estimator — enter net income + your rate, get the dollar amount to park
• Instructions tab: plain-English setup, no spreadsheet experience needed

Plus a Google Apps Script CSV auto-importer for both Gumroad and Stripe payout exports. Paste the CSV, transactions populate and categorize themselves.
