I built a $39 AI contract reviewer so freelancers stop signing bad client contracts

I'm a solo dev who kept watching freelancer friends sign terrible client contracts — work-for-hire that gives the client all your IP, auto-renewals, clauses that let a client hold a kill fee over your head. Most of them can't afford a $300–800 lawyer review on every deal, so they just sign.

So I built ClauseCatch: an AI contract reviewer for freelancers and small studios. You paste or upload a client/partnership contract, pay a one-time $39, and get a plain-English risk report back in minutes — a verdict (low/medium/high risk), red flags, missing clauses, and what to actually negotiate before you sign.

It's an internal test right now — I've run 3 of my own sample contracts through it to sanity-check output quality, no paying customers yet. I'm sharing because I want to know: as a freelancer or small studio, where do contracts bite you hardest? Scope creep? IP? Non-payment?
