πŸš€ I built a $5/month feedback tool because I was tired of enterprise pricing

Hey Indie Hackers πŸ‘‹

I’m a founder / indie builder, and like many of you, I wanted a simple way to collect user feedback from early users.

Every tool I tried had the same problem:

  • Started cheap β†’ quickly became expensive
  • Confusing pricing tiers
  • Locked basic features behind β€œPro” plans

So I built my own.

What I built

A dead-simple feedback tool that does exactly one thing:

Helps you collect user feedback without friction or surprise costs.

  • Flat $5/month
  • No hidden fees
  • No usage limits
  • No enterprise nonsense
  • Set up in minutes

Who it’s for

  • Indie founders
  • Solo devs
  • Early-stage SaaS
  • Side projects & MVPs

If you’re pre-PMF and just want to hear from users, this is for you.

What it doesn’t have (yet)

  • Fancy analytics
  • AI summaries
  • Complex workflows

I’m intentionally keeping it small and focused and using the Lean Startup approach: ship β†’ get feedback β†’ iterate.

What I’m looking for

I’m not here to hard-sell. I’d genuinely love:

  • Honest feedback (what sucks?)
  • Feature requests

Ideas on what not to build

Love the "intentionally keeping it small" mindset. Most tools in this space bloat into enterprise monsters because that's where the revenue is - but there's a real market of indie builders who just need the basics without the overhead.

One thought: the "no usage limits" positioning is strong for trust, but you might want to define what that actually covers. Unlimited feedback submissions? Unlimited projects? Some founders will stress-test that promise.

What's your take on the MVP feedback loop itself - are you dogfooding your own tool to collect feedback on... your feedback tool?
