I built a branded file sharing tool for agencies — here's what I learned going from idea to launch

I built https://www.bulkshare.cloud , agencies upload files and deliver them on their own domain (like files.youragency.com) instead of generic WeTransfer/Google Drive links.

Pro plan is $12/mo flat , custom domains, team workspaces, password protection, download tracking, 100GB storage. No per-seat pricing.

Currently at $0 MRR, 2 months post-launch. Goal is $1K MRR. Would love feedback:
