I built a CRM for freelancers who hate CRMs

I’ve been freelancing for a while, and like most of us, I tried every CRM under the sun, HubSpot, Notion templates, Airtable, ClickUp, you name it. Every one of them either felt like overkill or turned into another spreadsheet nightmare.

So I decided to build FreelanceOS, a lightweight CRM made by freelancers, for freelancers. It helps you manage clients, follow-ups, and invoices in one place — without the clutter or enterprise pricing.

What it does:

• Manage leads, clients and projects simply

• Track deals and follow-ups with clean pipelines

• Create and send invoices fast

The goal isn’t to be the “next big CRM” it’s to make something that freelancers can actually enjoy using daily.
